We NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE if you make a wrong selection, wrong colour or Change your mind.

Our staffs takes special care and time when preparing orders, All orders are carefully checked and cut by our staff before they are sent to customer, However if you received a faulty item , We will accept refund or exchange.

if you believe your item is faulty , or incorrect, you must send us a picture of the item and notify us to polynesiantextiles@gmail.com within  1 weeks after received your order.

   - The item return must be not more than 2 weeks after you received it.

   - The item only return with in it's original condition, uncut and unwashed.
